Put your children in good hands in our playroom!

Also included in your membership, is access to our Adrenaline Playroom. While you workout, you will be glad to know your little ones are safe and burning some energy, too! Our playroom is monitored by our professional staff, so your mind can rest while your body works! 2 hour limit with parent in gym, minimum 6 month old, max is 12 yo.

Meet Shari

Shari is passionate about two things: kids and crafts. If she is not playing herein our childcare room, she is either spending time with her two sons or sewing up something special. She started working here at Adrenaline shortly after becoming a member with us and adores every family she interacts with here. She has always loved children and thrives in an environment where play is encouraged. She is thrilled to be a part of our amazing team!

Monday - Thursday:

8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 7 p.m

Friday:

8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday:

9 a.m. -12 p.m
