Included in your Level I membership are a variety of group exercise classes that are engineered to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun, dynamic, and social environment. With morning and evening classes, and a diverse arrangement, you are sure to find one that fits you!

Included in a Level II Membership are all Level I classes and advanced Level II classes for those who want more of a challenge as well as our tanning package.

 

Group Fitness Classes:

Level I

shutterstock_116111965 Adrenaline Rush– A variety of equipment (step, jump rope, balls, weights, etc.) will add to the fun of blending aerobic activities and strength training! No complicated choreography….just a basic, intense workout!

24/7 – X – This class uses a combination of plyo-boxes, free weights, body weight training, and sprint training to get you in the best shape of your life. 24/7- X is sure to turn you into a ripped and highly conditioned individual.
spin class Spin – Indoor cycling group classes is a form exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, that involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
classes2 Body Fusion – This class focuses on sculpting that sexy core you’ve always wanted as well as your upper body through 20 minutes of fat burning cardio, 20 minutes of weight training for the major upper body muscles and 20 minutes of abdominal work. Great for all levels of fitness!
shutterstock_162582683 PiYo (Pilates and Yoga) – A unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, release tension, deepen breath, and improve posture. This class is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. Modifications are offered.

IronMan Core – Focuses on cardio respiratory fitness and core strength. For anyone wanting to run and work on that stomach at the same time, this class is designed to increase your endurance and maximize your caloric burn.

It’s designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories.
yoga_103718096 Yoga – Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another. your class will include Sun Salutations and Warrior Poses. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing yoga with synchronized breath and movements. This is for all levels.
